Day 10 Beer 10 Red Rocket Ale from Beer Republic. Yep, It’s another red tonight, but this time there’s some hops. It’s very IPA like, but with a slight malty note. I would classify as an IPA in a blind taste test.

Make sure you drink this one cold. Warm, it’s jut not as good.
