VftR: 11/25/12 Low and Slow

VftR: downtown Oceano on a Sunday morning. I had nothin in the gas tank for this run. I’ve pushed pretty hard this week and today showed. Still got in 6 miles, but pace was way off. Low and slow is still a good run, so I’ll take it.
Fresno Navy was leaving town too. The line stretched 6 deep on the street waiting to get air and gas.
