Great tempo run to start the year off right. Temp was perfect to push my self, and I did, through 3x 10min race pace tempos. During the warm up I saw this hawk and got as close as I could.

Just finished scheduling my races for 2013. It’s gonna be a busy year!

Heading out for the last run if 2012. Gorgeous 7.5 miles of brisk SLO winter weather. My totals for the year, just running, 400 miles over 70 hours and almost 66,000 calories. Got out for a great trail run with family and friends. I stopped way too many times for photo opportunities, but it was so worth it. To make up for it, I ran an extra hill and then did a 1 mile race pace. Makes it all better!

I went out for a nice run in our amazing central coast weather. It was a beautiful 68, light breeze and not a cloud in the sky.

I was expecting elves to pop out any minute as we ran this trail just off the road. It was pretty short, so we ran it twice and continued up the road. Finished a great 5 miles with Jason to start a Sunday the right way.

VftR: foggy Texas morning and out for a run with a new Friend. Not much to really shoot as a suburb is a suburb, but found this great post sitting on the corner of a property. We ran a pretty quick 4 miles, even with the stop.
